I know you've heard that membership has its privileges. Well at Connexus volunteering has its privileges! Not only is volunteering a great way to grow in your relationship with Jesus, sometimes it's just down right fun be one at Connexus!
This Friday, January 23rd from 6:30pm-9:30pm at the Army, Navy, Air Force Club in Barrie, we're hosting a foot stompin' good time exclusively for our volunteers and their families. The staff has been busy planning a fun evening that should allow all of our hard working volunteers an opportunity to kick back, relax and have a great time!
Whether you're a brand new volunteer or a seasoned veteran, crack out your best pair of jeans, the old 10 gallon hat and shine up your cowboy boots! We'll start the evening off with a potluck dinner, so bring your favourite food to share. After dinner, we'll fold up the tables, strike up the band and party the night away with an old fashioned square dance! Don't know how to square dance? No problem, we'll learn together. It should be a night filled with fun, friends and lots of laughter!
