Whether it’s greeting guests with a smile, leading a small group of kids in UpStreet, setting up environments for guests, or operating a camera in the auditorium, you can make a difference in people’s lives! It’s our desire that by joining a team, you’ll make some new friends, experience spiritual growth, and have fun too!
Plus, there’s room for everyone. Even if you’re not sure what you believe about Jesus or Christianity, there’s a place for you on the team.
We think that by volunteering, you’ll grow. You might even discover what so many others have discovered: that while you think volunteering requires something from you, it will actually do something good for you and in you. When we serve like Jesus on the outside, we become like him on the inside.

Children & Student Ministry
Are you passionate about seeing kids experience fun at church? Or maybe you love hanging out with students? One of our core desires is to invest in the next generation and help them discover a faith in Jesus of their own. Our Family Ministry team is committed to creating fun, engaging, and meaningful faith experiences for our kids and students at Connexus.
Guest Experience
Are you passionate about creating great first impressions? Do you have a desire to make new people feel welcome? Our Guest Experience team takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming, and intentional guest experience from the parking lot to the seats!
Set Up & Tear Down
Are you passionate about creating inviting environments? Do you have the ability to transform spaces from one thing to another? Do you love working behind the scenes? The Set up and tear down teams look after all of the logistics of making our environments what they are in both of our in-person locations. From moving chairs to setting up kid's spaces to creating a welcoming feel in the lobby – these are the “unseen” volunteers that make Sunday mornings extra special!
Production & Worship
Are you passionate about experiencing God through music, live production, or setting up and building things? The Service Experience team looks after every detail of our Sunday services with precision and intentionality, from setting up the stage to the sound of the band to the video capture of the services for our online broadcast.
Hospitality
Are you passionate about creating a friendly and inviting environment? Do you love making coffee, presenting food or serving behind the scenes? Do you have a desire to make volunteers and guests feel appreciated through food and drink? Our Hospitality team takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming, and intentional environment for all our guests each week!
