I am SO excited about this coming weekend. There were some good crowds at Connexus last weekend (we ran out of welcome packs at our Orillia Campus!). In fact, we're going to ask some of our 10:00 a.m. Barrie people if they can move to the 8:30 time slot where there's still room to grow (is that you – could you come to 8:30 this weekend)?
But more than that, there are stories being written. On Wednesday I was at my new gym when a woman came up and introduced herself. She's been attending our Barrie Campus and it was a first venture back to church for her in years. I was so encouraged to hear some of her story. She'll be back, along with many others who are discovering who Jesus is for the first time.
