The Christmas season is one of our favourite times of the year at Connexus, and we want to make sure you have all the important dates in one place around Christmas and New Year’s. Here’s what’s coming up over the next few weeks.
Christmas Eve Services
We’re celebrating Christmas Eve across multiple days and locations this year. Join us in Barrie on December 21st, 22nd, or 24th, or in Orillia on December 23rd.

No Morning Services on December 21st – Christmas Eve Services Begin!
Just a reminder, we won’t have a Sunday morning service on December 21st, as our teams prepare for our Christmas Eve gatherings starting that afternoon. Enjoy your Christmas Eve service that week!
Online Service Only on December 28th – Thank You Volunteers!
On December 28th, our service will be online only as we give our incredible volunteers a well-deserved break.
A huge thank-you to every volunteer who serves faithfully throughout the year and across our 11 Christmas Eve services. We couldn’t do this without you.
New Year’s Service on January 4th
We’re in person and online on Sunday, January 4th, featuring a special New Year’s message from Joseph Swan. Start your year with hope and inspiration as we look ahead to all God has in store.
New Series Launch on January 11th
On Sunday, January 11, we’re launching a brand-new series. More details will be shared at our Christmas Eve services, but you’ll want to be there as we step into the new year together. It’s a prime opportunity to re-invite your friends from Christmas Eve.
