Connexus has created an exclusive network of partnered churches across Canada, led by sharp leaders who have a passion to create churches that unchurched people love.
Connexus coaches, equips, and aligns these leaders with like-minded churches in the network so together we can reach more people with the hope of Jesus. We would love to see if our partnership is a fit for you.
Training and Resourcing
We understand that it can be hard to find time to develop and network your staff members in their respective areas. Our team provides quarterly online training sessions for you and members of your team. Each session includes a large-group presentation by a respected church leader and small-group breakouts according to ministry area. In addition, we host a Slack workspace for ongoing communication and collaboration among our partner church staff.
Coaching
A Connexus coach facilitates a monthly group coaching call for lead pastors to provide a forum for input, to work through real-life challenges, and to celebrate wins. Not only will this group sharpen you, but you will find meaningful community with lead pastors who share your passion.
Gathering
We host an annual gathering for all Connexus partner church leaders for networking and learning. Depending on the year, this could occur as part of the Canadian Church Leaders Conference or as a stand-alone event. We love the opportunity to bring in world-class leaders to work with you in community.
On-Site Visits
Connexus offers an annual on-site visit to all partner churches. While on location, our desire is to provide support, training, encouragement, and evaluation in whatever way best serves your mission.
