Reflection:
Money doesn’t just reflect your values, it directs your values. Jesus says your treasure and your heart travel together. You can tell where your heart is headed by checking your statements.
When you give toward God’s purposes, you invest in what lasts. Every act of generosity redirects your focus from temporary comfort to eternal impact.
The world teaches us to hoard; Jesus teaches us to invest in people, purpose, and the kingdom. He isn’t after your wallet; he’s after your heart. And the surest way to move your heart closer to him is to move your treasure there first.
Bottom Line:
Where your money goes, your heart follows.
Prayer:
Lord, move my treasure toward eternity and draw my heart with it. Amen.
