Are you a graduating high school student looking for real world experience in a fast-paced organization before heading to college or university?

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a 9 month full-time scholarship program designed to be a leadership journey that combines hands-on experience in a key area of ministry with practical leadership training.

The program is specialized to mentor, develop, and teach leadership skills to students who have recently graduated from high school. You’ll receive valuable leadership coaching, spiritual discipleship, discover your gifts and how you can leverage them to become the confident leader God has called you to be.

Throughout the program, you will experience what it’s like to be part of a staff team, accomplish training projects, and receive mentorship from gifted and seasoned leaders.
