WaumbaLand is our weekly environment created especially for your infants through senior kindergarten children.
WaumbaLand has screened volunteers who will get to know you and your child by name. We want to show God's love to your little one in every way we can.
WaumbaLand is Swahili for CreatorLand. It’s a place where we want every child to know:
- God made them.
- God loves them.
- Jesus wants to be their forever friend.

How do I register my child?

When do I drop my child off?
Every child will need to be checked in at our Family Registration desk. This desk opens 15 minutes prior to the start of service, so you should expect to leave your child with us at 8:45 for our 9 AM service, or 10:15 for our 10:30 AM service. Child pick-up is to take place immediately after the service.
My child isn't feeling well. Should they still attend WaumbaLand?
Children who show signs of illness, including fever, vomiting, or other signs of contagious illnesses, should be confirmed symptom-free and fever-free at least 24 hours prior to attending WaumbaLand.
What kind of training do the youth leaders undergo?
Every youth volunteer is trained and has passed a Vulnerable Sector Check with local authorities. We also have a strict check-in and check-out process to ensure the safety of your child.
My child has allergies or other special needs for care. What should I do?
Please notify us at check-in of any allergies or special behavioral needs so that we can best assist your child. When dropping off your child for service, please communicate any needs with that group leader as well.
We do not typically serve snacks on Sundays. Food and beverages are not allowed in the care rooms unless noted otherwise. Babies are permitted a labeled bottle with instructions to small group leaders in the room.
I would prefer to nurse my baby myself. Can you accomodate that?
We have rocking chairs in our rooms that you are welcome to use to nurse your baby. We can provide a more private area upon request.
How will you reach me if my child needs me?
If you provide us with your cell number at registration, the leader in the room will text you to come for your child. If you decline or we otherwise cannot reach you, our guest experience team will do their best to find you.
