Double Dog Dare-a-Thon is an invest and invite event that takes place each spring. The goal is to provide students a fun opportunity to invite a friend to join them at Transit! Parents, this is the perfect opportunity for you and your student to start having conversations about who in their lives they would like to begin sharing their faith with. This event is for all students in Grades 5-8.
How it works: Students invite a friend for a sleepover on Saturday, May 6th. They will need to register their team at connexuschurch.com/ddd. Our DDD hosts will be sharing this year's DARES on our YouTube channel. Students will be given 10mins to complete each dare and submit a photo to the website. You can either participate alone at home or invite your friends to your house for a sleepover. The WINNERS of each dare will be announced on Sunday, May 7th, and receive a prize during Transit at their campus.
At Transit the following morning (during your student’s regular service hour), the winners of each dare will be announced, celebrated, and receive a prize. There will also be other fun games and raffles. Every student has a chance to win!
Double Dog Dare-A-Thon 2023 starts on Saturday, May 6th!
Ends Sunday, May 7th. Prizes will be awarded to the winners at your student's service hour.
