This Weekend @ Connexus | March 7th, 2011

It's a Three Letter Word weekend at Connexus. It's all about trusting God. Many of you are talking about the impact of the series so far. If you've got questions, we'd love to hear from you! Leave a comment below or join the conversation here.
Did you know that last Sunday we had record high attendance at our campuses? We're so grateful to see so many of you investing in your friends and inviting them to join you. Thank you! Our hope and dream is that we would see thousands led into a growing relationship with Jesus. I'm so thankful so many of you sacrifice regularly to help us create a church that unchurched people love to attend.
And before we get to the details for this weekend, it was great to have the Barrie Examiner run an article on the changing face of church in Central Ontario. Check out what they had to say about Connexus and some other churches in our region.
Here's what's up this week:

Three Letter Word | Part Three: Available (Carey Nieuwhof)
So what does God really want? Often we feel we need to bring something to God – to offer him something. But what if God doesn’t want your ability? What if instead he really wants your availability?

Three Letter Word | Part Two: Trust Me (Carey Nieuwhof)
Young children are very trusting. But somewhere along the way that trust gets broken. As a result, we start trusting people and God for things…rather than just trusting them. Christ breaks that cycle with a radical life, claim and the promise of a very different relationship. We’ll explore what that means this week.

Service Times: 8:30–9:40am & 10:00-11:10am | Galaxy Cinema 865 West Ridge Blvd. Orillia

Can't wait for Sunday!  Bring some friends.  It's going to be great.
