This past weekend our high school students experienced a great weekend together at our Fall "InsideOut Retreat" at Ontario Pioneer Camp. Of course activities like high ropes, archery, wide-games, and challenge courses were a part of the fun, but the best part of the weekend was building relationships with each other. Over the course of the weekend small group leaders spent real time investing in the lives of their students as they processed our weekend dialogue about how God truly impacts people through our relationships.
For students, some great memories from the weekend will be onion eating contests, plunger games, and beating the leaders in Mission Impossible. At the same time, many students and leaders walked away from the weekend having a desire to make different choices as we all discover more of who God is, what He wants for our lives, and how He wants to work through us to help people experience the love of Jesus. Thanks to those of you who prayed over the weekend, to those small group leaders who served so faithfully, and to the small group leader's spouses who "held down the fort" at home while we were away. We couldn't have done it without you!–Jeff
